The Geneva Business Improvement District was formed to promote an attractive and economically
viable 18.5 acre area in downtown Geneva. The BID office works to ensure that the District maintains
its high standards in appearance, quality, and design, while remaining safe and attractive to property
owners, tenants, patrons, and visitors. The Geneva BID’s key programs focus on architectural design
and preservation, economic planning and development, business recruitment and retention,
promotion, and unification. We also plan and coordinate events, promote and market businesses, and
provide support to merchants.
